There are no words to express my gratitude!

After 5 months and 14 previous offers we received the news that our offer had been accepted. Michael, you and Robin Bianchini are truly the ‘DREAM TEAM'!  The new slogan for Wells Fargo Mortgage should be "Wells Fargo where dreams come true."

 Michael you closed my FHA loan in 30 days!

I was throwing everything I had at the homes I was looking at, offering $20-$30K over asking at times and not getting them. FHA loans are viewed as impossible to close in 30 days - clearly not with Michael Regan!  You will need to partner with him - and if necessary at points during the process, drop everything, as Michael and I both did - to get a document, a certificate, a bank statement, or whatever is required. Competition is fierce and cash is king!

 AGAIN - as I said to you on the phone if you would like for me to speak to any of your prospective borrowers I would be more than HAPPY to do so.  You have made a customer for life, whether you like it or not!
